While We Focus on the NEA & CCEA; Evil is Taking Over Our Schools

In NPRI’s E-Bulletin this week they made a point of complaining how the Clark County Education Association (CCEA) teachers were disruptive and rude in the School Board Meeting. COME ON!!! Union people causing a disturbance or disruption… that is a suprise??? That is like being surprised Bill Clinton is caught in bed with someone other than Hillary.

They wrote, “How many students will come to school tomorrow and say, ‘If a teacher can interrupt a school board meeting, why can’t I interrupt this class by talking to my friend or not paying attention.’” What millennium are you in? Students have been acting that way and worse for years; however I will tell you I am getting extremely fed up with those people who make such statements providing students even more excuses to misbehave.

I love the NPRI, however they are obviously becoming so concerned about the CCEA and NEA that they cannot see the forest through the trees. Teachers are not the problem; the perception of teachers IS. As I explained, students already do not pay attention in class and they do talk to their friends whenever they please… I can tell you this when those disruptive rude students are removed from the class the only one blamed is the teacher.

“Go ahead and fail me; you are going to get in trouble not me.” That is something students have begun saying to teachers now that student achievement is how we are going to evaluate teachers.

Back to the CCEA; union leaders and their followers have been acting like this for years; that is what they do when they do not get their way… That is a dog bites man story. I find it hard to believe anyone was really shocked that it took place… that is what unions do. And FYI to the NPRI; no one read the part you wrote about where the union could only drum up a couple of hundred teachers to act like idiots and the rest of the teachers are “talented and hard working.” They may have read it; however all anyone will remember is “Teachers act like children and students have an excuse to be disruptive.”

One of two things are eventually going to take place: We are going to stop focusing on the CCEA and the NEA, yes we can ignore them, realize they are not concerned with education, but they are not going away, so move past them and start supporting TEACHERS (you do that by not nit picking every little thing that happens, especially when it is something the union does, don’t evaluate them on a child’s capability and start removing those children that ruin it for others.) If we do this we have a chance to save education.

OR… We will continue to blast the NEA and CCEA giving them the attention they sooooo want and while our attention is on them, the socialist and communists will control what takes place in our schools and America will no longer exist the way our Founding Fathers intended it to be… A free capitalist nation.

So the next time the union’s do what the unions do… ignore them and focus on getting our education system back to the basics and off of the social curriculum. Keep the liberals away from making decisions on the curriculum and put Conservatives in those positions.

Conservatives beware; while we may believe what we are doing is for the good, the reality is we are doing exactly what the libs want us to do… Take our focus off the race and onto the racers.

  1. Teacher do have a responsibility to model the behavior we want in our students. That would include not writing essays built on slogans, memes, and irrational statements. They should especially avoid stereotyping and be rewarded for clear thinking. Ranting is not a positive behavior.
