Abraham Lincoln said, “What is taught in the classrooms of one generation will be practiced in the government of the next.”
What are we teaching in America? Social issues, for example: Sex education, environmentalism, global warming, multiculturalism, drug prevention, how to get arrested, etc. etc. etc. Incidentally, every now and again we do teach a minuscule quantity of math, reading, and very little English.
With Oblama’s approval rating roughly at 42% (totally mind boggling) I assert this could be our last generation of freedom. If our education persists on this pathway our subsequent generation may very well be content if America develops into a socialist nation. We are a mere 8% deficient from being converted into a socialist majority.
It was Stalin that understood America would never be beaten from without. He was aware that the single solitary method America may possibly be conquered was by being infiltrated by our adversaries and permitting them to take-over. This is what is presently taking place. It is not a conspiracy, a prearranged plot or any sophisticated scheme; it is simply what has transpired over the past number of years.
In my book, “Teachers, It Ain’t Your Fault,” I referred to a Dr. Pierce, a Harvard education psychiatrist who spoke at an education conference in 1972. This may possibly provide you an indication of why education is in the disastrous flow we are presently pursuing.
“Every child of America entering school at the age of five is mentally ill, because he comes to school with certain allegiances toward our Founding Fathers, towards our elected officials, toward his parents, toward a belief in a supernatural being, toward the sovereignty of this nation as a separate entity. It’s up to you teachers to make all these sick children well by creating international children of the future.”
This conveys for itself and must provide you an awareness of what is currently taking place in our educational process. Rather than pondering jobs, economy or any additional topic our foremost interest must be to resuscitate education from the socialist idealisms like Dr. Pierce.
We must bear in mind that how the corrupt and immoral win is by the manipulation of our future (our children); whereas those in the present-day (us) take our focal point off our most significant commodity (our children’s minds).
Jobs and the economy are undeniably extremely significant, but if we squander America… Jobs and the economy will be the least of our fears.
I am not Chicken Little; I am simply disturbed regarding what is occurring in the greatest nation, arguably, that yet existed. Conservatives have got to be wary of the magicians that have us staring at one hand despite the fact it is the other hand that is drawing us beneath the water.
I am a teacher on the front line of education and I have a resolution… it is clear-cut and obtainable… and all I require is the opportunity to be heard by our leaders.
